Each morning we will cook together and you'll get your hands in the dough, learn how to hand-roll pasta just like a nonna and learn the tricks and secrets behind dishes that have been passed down through generations of Italian families.
Tuscan cooking is all about simplicity - no fussy techniques - just real, soulful food that's taught in a way that's fun.
Each day, after you've cooked a delicious meal and enjoyed the fruits of your labour for lunch, we head out for an afternoon of adventure! We will explore Cortona, enjoy cultural experiences which include a vineyard visit where you'll taste wines, meet cheese makers who'll let you sample their best work, discover olive oil so good that you'll want to drink it straight, and more!
