Born in London to Italian parents, I have always been very proud of my Italian heritage. In 2002 my childhood dream came true when I moved with my family to live in Cortona and restore an old farmhouse. In 2005 I opened a language school - Cortona Language Centre, offering Italian language and culture courses to foreigners, and it was through my work with my language school that the fascination which foreigners have for Italian food quickly became apparent.
